Terms of Service — Morphling

Acceptance of terms

By using Morphling, you agree to these terms. If you're using Morphling on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing to these terms on behalf of that organization.

The service

Morphling provides AI-powered business analysis. You upload business documents; we analyze them and return a prioritized AI opportunity plan. Results are AI-generated and should be reviewed by your team before acting on them.

Your content

You own your business documents. You grant Morphling the right to process them for the purpose of delivering your Sprint results. Do not upload documents that are confidential under regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA-protected health records) without appropriate safeguards.

Payments and refunds

All Sprint purchases are final. If a technical failure prevents your Sprint from completing, contact us at sales@morphling.ai and we will work with you on a resolution. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

Limitation of liability

Morphling provides analysis and recommendations. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on Sprint output. AI analysis is not a substitute for professional business, legal, or financial advice.
